- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Usually 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase if your within the USA. Orders outside the USA can take up to 5 weeks. If the band is on tour it couple take a little longer.
- I ordered from your store, but my address in paypal is incorrect, now what?
- Please do not place your order with us unless you have your address correctly set up within paypal. If you place an order with an incorrect address, not only is your order going to be sent to the incorrect address, we are not going to refund you as this mistake is not our fault. Sorry!
- I Pre-ordered the new CD from overseas, will I receive it before the release date?
- If you pre ordered "Awaken The Dreamers" from within the US, it is guaranteed to get to you before the US RELEASE DATE of September 16th. If you ordered from outside of the US, there is a small chance you could receive the package a few days after the 16th, due to long shipping times.
